Poster Abstract Submission Information
 

We want to hear about your research - whether it is completed, or you want to show us where it is going! Submit an abstract for the INPCS 4th Annual Meeting, INPCS24: The Art and Science of Caring, taking place September 20-22 in Grand Rapids, Michigan!

We welcome both “work-in-progress” and “completed project” presentations, and abstracts/posters that have been presented elsewhere are acceptable, too! Presentation format will consist of a poster hall at the Annual Meeting venue, and several abstracts will be selected for presentation at the Live Poster Showcase session during the Annual Meeting!

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
The online abstract submission form and payment of the abstract submission fee must be submitted no later than 11:59pm EDT on Sunday, June 16, 2024. If you have any questions that are not answered here, please email info@inpcs.org for more information.

• Abstract submission fee: $25.00 per submission
  • We do not want this fee to prevent anyone interested from submitting an abstract. If this submission fee creates a financial hardship, there are a number of scholarships available. Please email info@inpcs.org for more information no later than Thursday, June 13th.
• Abstracts must be in PDF format.
• Title: Limit 100 characters. Please capitalize the first letter of each word in the title. Please refrain from using all caps.
• Authors: Maximum of 40
• Structured Abstract:  Objective(s), Methods, Results and Conclusions
• Abstract text length:  Maximum 2,500 characters (including spaces)
• Figures:  Up to two figures/tables allowed. These must be included in your PDF.
• Other: 
  • Abstract review will be conducted blindly. Please do not include any identifying information (i.e. names, institutions) anywhere in your submission OTHER than on the online submission Form.
  • When percentages are used, the absolute numbers of derivation must be stated.
  • You do not need to be a member of INPCS to submit an abstract. However, we encourage presenters to join INPCS and take advantage of reduced registration fees and other member benefits. (Learn more about membership here.
  • Posters selected for presentation must be represented in-person at the conference by at least one of the authors.
