This web site (the “Site”) is owned and operated by the International Neuropalliative Care Society (INPCS)

Acceptance of Terms We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms of Use. Any such revisions will be effective on the date of posting to the Site.

Membership Directory Current INPCS members' contact information is made available through the Membership Directory. This information is only available to other current members. Members may opt out of being listed by contacting info@inpcs.org  

Privacy Statement It is the policy of INPCS not to use or share the personal information about users in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses. However, INPCS may disclose personal information about users, or information regarding your use of our site, for any reason if, in our sole discretion, we believe that it is reasonable to do so, including: to satisfy laws, such as the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, regulations, or governmental or legal requests for such information; to disclose information that is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our web site Terms of Use or other user policies; to operate the site properly; or to protect INPCS and our users.

No Medical Advice The information posted here by INPCS or any third party is intended for informational purposes only, should not be considered medical advice and is not intended to replace consultation with a qualified medical professional. Updating User Profile Users who have an account with INPCS have the ability to update or change all personal information provided. To do so, users can login at www.inpcs.org to submit these changes, or e-mail info@inpcs.org with the new information.

Opt In/Out of Communications INPSC provides users the opportunity to opt out of receiving communications from us. To opt out of communications, users can email info@inpcs.org or update your profile by logging into the website.

Security Our Site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control, but we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party "hackers" from illegally obtaining this information.

Cookies A "cookie" is a small data file that can be placed on your hard drive when you visit certain web sites. INPCS may use cookies to collect, store, and sometimes track information for statistical purposes, to improve the products and services we provide, or to save your settings and to provide customizable and personalized services. Refunds No refunds are provided without prior approval from the INPCS Executive Office.  Please contact info@inpcs.org if you would like to request a refund.  

Copyright INPCS respects the intellectual property rights of others and prohibits users of this site from uploading, posting or otherwise transmitting on the site any materials that violate another party’s intellectual property rights. When we receive proper Notification of Alleged Copyright Infringement, we promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, block and/or terminate any accounts of repeat infringers as described herein in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
