Discounted Registration Based on Country of Residence
Discounted registration may be available depending upon the attendee's country of residence. Please click here to view a list of World Bank countries to see if your country of residence qualifies for complimentary registration fees. If you qualify, please contact the INPCS Executive Office at info@inpcs.org prior to registering for your own unique coupon code.
Financial Hardship Scholarships
INPCS desires that this meeting be open and available to everyone who wishes to attend. If a financial hardship is preventing you from registering, please email info@inpcs.org. Scholarships are available, and confidentiality will be maintained. If you are interested in providing a scholarship for someone to attend, please email info@inpcs.org.
Hotel Information
Registration for the INPCS Annual Meeting does not include hotel accommodations. INPCS has reserved a block of hotel rooms at the Prince Conference Center Hotel, which is connected to the facility that will be hosting our conference, for a rate of $125.00 per night. Cancellation – Risk Free Registration through July 31st
INPCS is offering risk free registration through Wednesday, July 31, 2024. Cancellation requests for the INPCS Annual Meeting registrations received by July 31, 2024 will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. After July 31st, no refunds will be offered. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing in info@inpcs.org. Refunds cannot be approved for no-shows.
Photography Consent
Participation in this conference constitutes consent to INPCS to use the attendee’s image in still photography or video for informational, publicity, promotional, and/or reporting purposes in print or electronic communications media.
Use of Program Content
Information presented during the INPCS Annual Meeting is the property of INPCS and the presenter. Information may not be recorded, photographed, copied, photocopied, transferred to electronic format, reproduced, or distributed without the written permission of INPCS and the presenter. Any use of the program content which includes, but is not limited to, oral presentations, audiovisual materials used by speakers and program handouts without the written consent of INPCS is prohibited.
Event Modification or Cancellation
INPCS reserves the right to modify the event schedule or program as necessary. INPCS also reserves the right to cancel this event.
